Across the Country with Conferences this May
Our goal is to reach as many people as possible talking, “all things battery recycling” with them. To achieve that, we are going several battery and battery recycling conferences this May 2017.
Starting in Washington State, we will exhibit at booth 23 at the Washington State Recycling Association (WRSA) 37th annual conference May 7 – 10th. We will discuss all our services, but mainly our tailored dry cell battery recycling programs, which use our iRecycle Kits.
Across the country, in Orlando, FL on May 7 – 10, we are off to network and review lead-acid or stationary battery recycling at the 21st annual Battcon Stationary Battery Conference. At Battcon, seasoned industry professionals from telecom, utilities and data centers gather to educate themselves on the design, selection, application, maintenance and recycling of stationary battery systems.
Bringing the conversation closer to home, we go to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for the NAATBatt Workshop on Repurposing and Reusing xEV Batteries on May 11 to discuss the trends in repurposing electric vehicle batteries for energy storage applications at the epicenter of the Big Three.
We will exhibit at the 35th annual Michigan Recycling Coalition Conference May 17 – 19 in Lansing, MI. At booth 11, we will share our customizable battery recycling programs made to fit any size, shape and quantity of batteries. Our iRecycle Kits for dry cell battery recycling and our new iRecycle Kits for damaged or bloated lithium-ion batteries will be on display.
Rounding out the month, we head to Bolton Landing, NY May 21 – 24 for the Federation of New York’s Strive for Sustainability Solid Waste & Recycling Conference to reach forward-thinking northeastern industry professionals. We will exhibit at booth 208 to inform conference goers about our custom fit battery recycling programs suitable for every municipality, government agency, corporation and household.
It’s a busy, yet invigorating month and we are excited to bring our 25 years of battery recycling knowledge across the country to educate people!
